Our old completely detached farmhouse has recently been lovingly renovated to the highest standards by its English owners, Paul and Caroline.
It has all the rustic charm you can expect from a 200 year old farmhouse, but now with modern 21st century facilities and boasts beautiful panoramic views of the French countryside.
The Farmhouse comfortably sleeps 6 people to include 3 double bedrooms. One bedroom on the ground floor and two on the 1st floor. One bathroom on the ground floor which has two double basins and a large power/rainfall shower. A second 4 piece bathroom on the 1st floor which includes a bath and a separate shower. The ground floor consists of a large kitchen/dining room, and a large living room with a patio door out to the back deck garden area with those fabulous country views. Under stairs storage houses a washing machine, hoover and iron.
Within its grounds it includes an above ground swimming pool and a Barn which has a full size snooker table, dartboard and various other games to entertain you and the family. There is a BBQ area and various outdoor seating areas and approximately 1½ acres of garden space for you to relax and enjoy. There is also a two bedroom Gite attached to the farmhouse which is currently not available for holiday rental.
Getting There
The nearest Airport is Limoges, which is 1 ½ hours flight from the UK and approximately 40 minutes drive to the property. Hire car is available from Limoges Airport.
By Ferry or Train
Ferries are available on a regular basis to various French ports in North Western France from the UK.
From Calais (Euro tunnel) to Bujaleuf, it is approximately 7 hours drive or alternatively there are frequent trains from Limoges to all regions of France.
